Hi Margaret, I just want to thank you so much for sending me the navy shoes!! They were excellent and I really appreciate your help!!! They were in fact never delivered to me, but, I telephoned our local sorting office on Christmas Eve, and, low and behold they were sitting up there!!!!! We collected them from there. Our postal service is rubbish!!! I'm so sorry it has taken me so long to get in touch to thank you - the shoes just finished off my outfit!! Hi Margaret, I have just been browsing your website and felt I had to let you know just how good it was. Your husband has done a great job and deserves unlimited praise! Having been into the shop last weekend during one of our trips to Derbyshire (we’re the couple who always stay at the Cavendish) and purchased a pair of loafers – it was great to see your range of shoes, bags etc. so beautifully displayed. Hello I am returning the pair of Peter Kaiser Shania shoes I received from you a few days ago. I am about to go to the Post Office and send them by Special Delivery as you requested when I telephoned. I hope they are not held up in the Royal Mail Dispute. I am keeping The Peter Kaiser Amelia and the suede handbag. Thanks vey much for your very fastservice.
